24 Hour Cancellation Policy
–Please understand that time is reserved for each client, so kindly give 24 hours notice when canceling a scheduled appointment. No-shows may be charged 50% of full service fee, 30% for not cancelling 24 hours ahead and Gift certificates will be voided. So please give us a call.
Late Policy
–Clients that are running late will be given A 15 Minute grace period, If you arrive past the scheduled time you may receive a partial treatment or may need to reschedule your appointment. If we are running late you will receive your full scheduled treatment.
Comfort
–With every service provided you can expect complete professionalism, privacy and discretion. We only use the highest quality products (always looking for new and introducing other great finds) including but not limited to Pevonia Botanica, Essential oils which are completely unadulterated, wild crafted and/or organic and Biotone Professional Massage Products paying close attention to allergies and sensitivities to create an environment of personal comfort and peace of mind. We always utilize proper draping techniques. We ask that all cellular phones be turned off while receiving treatments for you and the comfort of other clients.

We accept some No-Fault insurance and pre-authorized Workers' Compensation claims, both of which you are responsible for knowing the conditions and terms of the policy (Particularly if Massage Therapy is covered and under what terms). We participate in flex plan claims, United Health Care ACN United Naturally plans and various other plans. You are fully responsible for payment in the event of a denied claim. Insurance clients will also be billed a 50% Time/service fee for no shows and 30% for not cancelling 24 hour ahead.
